From time to time, The Milk Round Company Ltd may offer promotional discounts, introductory offers, voucher or coupon codes, account discounts or other special offers to new or existing customers.
Unless specifically stated otherwise:
- Offers are subject to availability and may be available for a limited period only.
- An offer may be restricted to new customers, existing customers, particular products, delivery areas or qualifying order values.
- Some offers may be limited to one redemption per customer, household, address or account.
- Promotional codes must be entered correctly and, where applicable, before the order is confirmed.
- Only one promotional offer or discount may be used against an order unless we specifically state that offers can be combined.
- Discounts have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another customer.
- A discount applies only to the products or charges specified in the particular promotion.
- Where an offer requires a minimum spend, the qualifying amount will be calculated in accordance with the conditions of that promotion.
- Bottle-return credits and other account credits are not promotional discounts and will continue to be recorded separately on the customer’s account.
- If an order qualifying for a promotion is subsequently changed or cancelled so that it no longer meets the promotion’s requirements, the discount may also be removed.
- We reserve the right to withdraw, amend or replace a promotion before it has been redeemed, provided this does not unfairly remove a discount already validly applied to a completed qualifying order.
- Where a promotional code has an advertised expiry date, it must be redeemed before that date.
- We may refuse or cancel the use of a promotional offer where we reasonably believe there has been fraud, misuse, duplicate accounts or an attempt to circumvent the conditions of the promotion.
- Any additional conditions advertised with a particular promotion will form part of the terms of that offer.
Introductory Offers
Where an offer is described as a new customer, first order or introductory offer, it is intended to introduce a household to The Milk Round Company service and will normally be limited to one introductory offer per household or delivery address, unless the promotion specifically states otherwise.
